Aquacare 7 Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days under the following circumstances:
Online orders: the item/equipment you purchased is in original packaging.
In Person orders: the item/equipment has been paid for, but has not been installed in your home.
If you have purchased a defective item/equipment we replace this a full cost as per warranty of each item.
Please contact us with details of the product and defect so we can provide customer service.
If item/equipment was purchased online and couriered to you we will examine the item/s upon receipt of the returned product.
We will then notify you via phone or e-mail, as per your preference, within 5 business days, and provide either a refund or replacement as a result of the defect.
If a replacement or refund is due, we will then replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
